Shipping Area: Currently, we are shipping exclusively within the United States. We have exciting plans to expand to international markets in the future, so stay tuned for updates!
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase.
Delivery Estimates: Packages typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that these delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed, as factors such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays can impact schedules. We are actively working on improving our shipping times to be faster than this window as we grow.
Carrier Liability: Once your package leaves our facility, the shipping carrier is responsible for any loss, theft, or mishandling during transit.
International Orders (Customs & Duties): For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for all customs fees, import taxes, and any potential delays due to local inspections.
Damaged or Missing Packages: We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order in damaged condition, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
